On to our next garden... First building our mounds for our Three Sisters... Corn, the oldest sister has been planted and soon followed by her two younger sisters, Squash and then Bean. All surrounded by a field of Sunflower and Pumpkin!
Several varieties of heirloom tomato, pepper, eggplant, cucumber, onion, radish, carrot and many other assorted leafy veggies on their way again growing in the garden.

Rebuilding one of our CSA Gardens... We first built this raised garden over 20 years ago... and have spent countless hours tending and enjoying it's bounty. We noticed a change in it about 2 years ago and realized after last season that these torrential downpours we have been experiencing the last few years had taken it's toll and washed all of our good topsoil away! It became obvious, as we went to prepare the soil for this season, we had no other choice yet to rebuild. So after doing some repair and building a new retaining wall, it was off to the old compost pile to haul down tons of Good Earth!
